Requirements

1. Maximum age of 30 years old
2. University Graduate with a Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Mining Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75. And Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
3. Diploma Degree (D3) Majoring in Chemical Analysis, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering with a Minimum GPA of 2.75 and Accounting with a Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale
4. Has high level of English proficiency and computer literacy
5. Dynamic, has strong leadership, highly motivation, and good communication skill
6. Willing to be placed at all business offices/site projects of PT Dahana (Persero)
7. Willing to not marry during the Management Trainee program (9 months/for those who are not married yet upon entering the program)
