Job Responsibilities:
1. To prepare Standard Operating Procedures and reviewed periodically to ensure effective and efficient Marine port operation in compliance to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) in Marine Port Standards – IMO Standards, K3LH and government regulations.
2. Together with BUP and contractors, to socialize and implement safety port management system to improve the awareness of standard QHSE program for all parties through promotive and preventive program (campaign).
3. To monitor the implementation of safety program through inspection program to the implementation of safety system and cargo contaminataion prevention to avoid the violation.
4. Assure the Audit System of K3LH for all Department and Unit in the Company and the follow up action is executed as planned to minimize the uncompliance.
5. Assure the Health program for all employee and all parties as targetted to improve quality of Employee Healtiness and productivity of the company.
6. Monitor and assure all facilities and infrastructure in Marin Port Operations are suited as IMO and government regulation standrads in order to minimize the risk of the accident.
7. To facilitate the investigation to find out the factors of incidents due to negligent of stakeholders in transshipment and barging operation activities as a basis for reporting and evaluation in reducing the incidents rate at working area.
8. To prepare improvement safety parameters to support port department operational activity.
9. To prepare the systems and procedures for working area, living area and housekeeping cleanliness service and supervision to include employee health to attain a hygienic environment at Permata Barito and Banjarmasin Office.
10. To perform risk assessment at Taboneo in order to all employees in Taboneo to be aware of the risks associated with the job and to manage the hazardous conditions.
Job Requirements:
1. Majoring in Marine of any related major in K3LH or Engineering with Min. GPA 3.0.
2. Minimum 7 years experience in the same position favourably in Port or Marine industry.
3. Fluent knowledge and exerience in IMO standard of SHE and K3LH regulations.
4. Having knowledge and exposure for ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 implementation.
5. Knowledge and experiences in ISM Code regulation and implementation.
6. Good communication especially in speaking and writing in English.
7. Good leadership skill and proven track record of leadership experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise berthing and unberthing process and preparation before loading and unloading process.
2. To check all transaction data (waiting time, tonnage, etc.) and to ensure that data is accurate.
3. To coordinate with the operations team and other party (vessel and contractor) for smooth loading and conveying the constraints faced in order to follow up on the level of the supervisor.
4. To make Standard Operating Foreman & logging activities loading properly so that the data can be used as a reference customer and analyze operational performance improvements.
5. To provide information to the event of damage, QHSE incident and the coal picker as well as cargo contamination to be able to follow up.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma Degree majoring in Marine or other related major with Min. GPA 2.75.
2. Minimum 1 year experience as Loading Foreman on board for Gearless and Gear Vessel.
3. Having loading process knowledge and experiences especially in Coal.
4. Having shipping administration skill.
5. Having experience in handling coal loading and unloading skill.
6. Having Certificate of Crane is favorable.

Persyaratan:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Record a vessels current position, plot courses and forecast traffic flows.
2. Communicate with various people including the ship’s master, port/terminal operators, Maritime Coastguard Agency, shipping agents, weather forecasters and, when required, the emergency services.
3. Receive information from the vessel regarding its intended movements and also provide information about weather, tidal conditions and berthing instructions.
4. Monitoring and supervising berthing and unberthing process.
Job Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marine or equivalent.
2. Having ANT III is favorable.
3. Having Certificate in Radar Simulator, ARPA Simulator, GMDSS, SOU/GOC and Operational USe of ECDIS.
4. Minimum 3 years in similar position as Operator control room terminal, Operator Radar.
5. Required language(s): English, Indonesia
6. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
